All our products are shipped from Shanghai, China, using a private courier that consolidates shipments & ships via sea freight. No tracking number will be available until the parcel reaches your country. We charge a flat rate $20 US dollars per order. 

Please provide your correct address & phone number for the customs declaration and shipping form.

Please check the customs regulations of your country prior to ordering. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties or tariffs, we do not include this in the price.

Please understand that we are a small, part-time hobby site. Sometimes shipping delays arise that are out of our control, and tracking numbers often arrive late or do not update frequently. If your parcel has not arrived after 6 weeks, please let us know and we will try our best to help locate the parcel. It is however extremely rare for a parcel not to arrive, so it's usually just a matter of being patient.
