Jing Mai 2013 Spring Reserve
Steeping Instructions: We recommend 7g of tea leaves in a 100ml brewing vessel. Add boiling hot water. This tea can re-infused at least 10 times.
For a vertical tasting, buy together with our 2015 Jingmai Reserve and our 2012 Jingmai, both also from Da Ping Zhang, and produced by the same family. You may also be interested in comparing this tea against the 2009 Jingmai by Che Ma Xuan which gives some idea of how Jingmai ages.
