We made another special cake from Jingmai this year, selecting only the largest tea trees in Da Ping Zhang, the best gushu tea garden near Jingmai main village, elevation 1,700m. As you can see from our photos below, these tall and sturdy tea trees are several hundred years old. Picked and processed by Ai Zai Yi in late March, 2015.

Steeping instructions

We recommend 7g of tea leaves in a 100ml brewing vessel. Add boiling hot water. This tea can re-infused at least 10 times.

All our products are shipped from Shanghai, China, using a private courier that consolidates shipments & ships via sea freight. No tracking number will be available until the parcel reaches your country. We charge a flat rate $20 US dollars per order.

It is however extremely rare for a parcel not to arrive, so it's usually just a matter of being patient.
