Our 2013 Spring Gao Shan Zhai 高山寨 has an outstanding floral aroma, and is sweet, soft, & creamy in the mouth, with an intense tongue & throat coating huigan. The wet leaves are a beautiful, consistent dark green. One of our best sellers - the 2012 version of this cake is now sold out.

2013 Gua Feng Zhai is powerful and full bodied, with a perfectly balanced flavor. The tea liquor is exceptionally bright, beautiful and clear. The smooth, consistent, tea leaves are the best looking leaves of the season.

For this year's Jingmai we've upped the ante, and paid a premium for early spring material picked from a select few of the largest, most ancient, trees from Jingmai's premier tea garden 大平掌 "Da Ping Zhang". This is completely hand crafted, "Reserve" 精品 tea. Only 45 cakes produced.

Nahan is located just above the famous village of Xigui in Bangdong county, Lincang prefecture. Nahan is to Xi Gui what Lao Man E is to Lao Ban Zhang, with stronger bitterness, complemented by honey sweetness. It is 100% gushu, full bodied, punchy and long lasting. Fantastic tea. We recommend tasting together with our 2014 Spring Nahan or our 2012 Spring Bangdong which is a blend of 4 tea gardens in the immediate vicinity of Xi Gui.

This is our favorite puer of 2013. Comprised of 90% early Spring Wan Gong and 10% Lao Ban Zhang and Bingdao, it is a unique blend of the best of the best. Exceptional fragrance of sweet incense, thick and oily mouthfeel, with an aftertaste of melon. Very clean with no harsh bitterness or astringency even if pushed hard. Completely hand picked and hand processed from ancient trees, these cakes were shade dried and stone pressed.
