    Bulang Chun Xiang 2016
This is our first Tea Urchin manufacture of ripe pu'er, and for this special pressing, we chose 10 year old aged tea leaves from the Bulang region that give a smooth, mellow, warming feeling. That's why we named it Bulang Chun Xiang 布朗醇香 - only age and fermentation can produce a mellow Bulang! The hand-printed wrapper artwork depicts a tea spirit, by Elaine Su-Hui Chew. The thick wrapping paper is also hand made. We hope you enjoy it!

    Yi Zhan Chun 2012
"一盏醇" literally means "a cup of rich, smooth & mellow tea" and this premium shu pu does not disappoint. Made by the up and coming Jin Qiao factory, who specialize in high quality Lincang cakes, "Yi Zhan Chun" is comprised of tippy 2008 maocha from large Mengku trees growing at 1,800m elevation. It's rare to find gushu material being used in ripe puer production, and this cake is particularly beautiful, not to mention rich & smooth. The additional 4 years of aging adds the mellowness. A classy act all round.

    Lang He 2010 Yu Pin
"Yu Pin" is a 400g ripe puer cake, produced by 郎河 Lang He tea factory under their private label 老茶坊 "Lao Cha Fang." Ripe puerh is Lang He's specialty, the founder Mr. Yang believes there's more artistry in making ripe versus raw, and he always supervises the fermentation process himself. Lang He's lighter fermentation process results in a lighter, sweeter liquor that is free of that fishy wo dui flavour common in heavily fermented shu. The proof is in the pudding. This Yu Pin won the bronze award at the 2010 Yunnan tea expo for best shu puer.
