Xiang Chun Lin 2017 Spring

Xiang Chun Lin is a small tea grove near Yi Shan Mo & Wan Gong known for it's high quality, elegant tea. You know immediately from the fragrance & appearance of the dried leaves that you're in for a treat. After first infusion, the gaiwan wafts with a rich barnyard funk, and a top note of sweet nectar. The tea liquor is a bright golden color, full of youthful vigor, light yet viscous. Vegetal flavors of grass & barley are followed by floral sweetness. This is very well balanced tea, very clean and silky smooth, not overly smokey, bitter, nor astringent. The emptied cup gives a hint of steamed rice. All round, a classy & pleasurable example of the distinctively lighter side of pu'er - sweet & elegant.

Steeping Instructions:
We recommend 7g of tea leaves in a 100ml brewing vessel. Use boiling hot water. This tea can be re-infused at least 10 times.
