Shipping & Delivery

All our products are shipped from Shanghai, China, using China Post Airmail with online parcel tracking. If you want to ship via EMS or SAL, please contact us for a quote. Please provide your correct address & phone number for the customs declaration and shipping form.
Please check the customs regulations of your country prior to ordering. If you have any special requirements for the customs declaration and shipping form, please let us know when you place your order. If the customs agency of your country rejects a parcel, we will not refund the shipping costs to and from your country.
Please understand that we are a small family run business. Sometimes international shipping problems arise that are out of our control. If your parcel has not arrived after 4 weeks, please let us know and we will try our best to help locate the parcel or arrange for a refund.
If you have given us an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for parcels delivered to that address.
Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, to organise return shipping & refund. We will provide a refund for any products returned to us in their original, unopened, resaleable condition. You will receive the refund once we receive the goods.
Return shipping has to be paid by the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item, in which case we will pay.
We offer sample sizes of all our teas. Please order samples before buying whole cakes. We will not refund any item that has been opened.
If you receive a damaged product, please provide photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
