Shipping & Delivery

Dear customers,

All our products are shipped from Shanghai, China, using China Post Airmail with online parcel tracking. We charge a flat rate $15 US dollars per order, for worldwide shipping. For most of our customers, that represents a significant cost saving. The more you order, the more you save. For our customers in China, SE Asia, Korea & Japan, we offer free shipping. Just order through the website and we will refund you the $15 shipping fee. If you prefer to ship via EMS or SAL, please contact us for a quote.

Special Offer: Introducing the half-tong discount! Buy 3 cakes of the same pu-erh to receive 10% off the price of those cakes. Just order through the website and we will refund you 10% when we ship. Please note, this offer is not applicable to sale items which are already discounted.

Please provide your correct address & phone number for the customs declaration and shipping form.

Please check the customs regulations of your country prior to ordering. If you have any special requirements for the customs declaration and shipping form, please let us know when you place your order.

Please understand that we are a small family run business. Sometimes international shipping problems arise that are out of our control. If your parcel has not arrived after 4 weeks, please let us know and we will try our best to help locate the parcel or arrange for a refund.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods, to organise return shipping & refund. We will provide a refund for any products returned to us in their original, unopened, resaleable condition. You will receive the refund once we receive the goods.

Return shipping has to be paid by the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item, in which case we will pay.

If you receive a damaged product, please provide photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
